Our turnaround policy is pretty simple--all jobs are turned around in 24-48 hours. Evaluation sockets ship the same day or the next. The only exception to this is specialty devices.
We do not charge extra for rush jobs, but do ask that you notify us ahead of time.
We make shipping convenient!
We will arrange to have your job
shipped to us via FedEx
All you have to do is put your job in a box and request a pick up from FedEx using our Request Pick Up page on our site. We'll take care of the rest.

Warranty
Our warranty period is 60 days for defects in workmanship and/or material. However, we will make every effort to make sure our customers are satisfied with the finished product.
There is no warranty period for issues pertaining to "fit" of the prosthesis. Fitting issues are the sole responsibility of the clinician.
Any failures or issues pertaining to componentry will need to be addressed through the manufacture.
